Orders are available to residents of the United Kingdom only. You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.
4. Prices and payment
All prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. The price you see at the time of placing your order is the price you will pay. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; however, any price change will not affect orders already accepted.
Payment is collected on delivery - no advance card payment is required at the time of ordering via this website. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of delivery.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, postal disruptions or industrial action.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title to the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.
6. Returns and cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order and return goods within 14 calendar days of the date you receive them, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please see our Refund Policy for full details of how to exercise this right.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of food supplements that have been opened, unless the product is defective or not as described.
